1. Introduction

If we discover an error in pricing or product details, we will notify you before dispatching your order. You will have the option to accept the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

3. Ordering & Acceptance

Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 10–14 working days from the date of dispatch. However, in some cases—especially for made-to-order, out-of-stock, or bulkier items—delivery may take up to 5 weeks. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide estimated delivery dates when possible.
Delivery Charges: We offer free standard delivery on all orders. Additional charges may apply for expedited delivery or delivery to remote areas.
Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing.
Return Conditions: Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the goods are not in a resalable condition.
Return Charges: If you cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A collection fee may apply if you request us to collect the items.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Warranty
Standard Warranty: All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
