Refund And Returns Policy

Before you purchase products from Bargain Home Furniture, it is very important to read our refund and returns policy. This policy will help you understand whether you are eligible for a return or not.

Please note: Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Otherwise, we won’t be able to accept your return.

 

Conditions for Returns

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You may receive partial refunds in the following situations (if applicable):

The returned item is unused but not in its original condition or packaging.

It has visible damage or missing parts not due to our error.

The item is returned from the delivery date.

Items returned without original tags, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, or freebies.

Return items not shipped in their original box or without a return shipping label.

Replacement: We do our best to deliver replacements as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 2 weeks. Our team works hard to get your order to you promptly.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Valid Reasons to Return an Item

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

All product prices are as listed on the product page at the time we receive your order. While we aim to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If an error in pricing is discovered:

We will notify you as soon as possible.

You will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

If we’re unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

 

Exchanges (If Applicable)

At Bargain Home Furniture, we only offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged items.

If you receive a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us or send an email. We will do our best to arrange a replacement as soon as possible (up to 2 weeks for processing).

 

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be dfrom your refund amount.
