Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: Most items are delivered within 10–14 working days from the date of order.

• Extended Delivery Times: Some large or custom items may take 4–7 weeks to arrive. If your order includes such items, we will notify you of the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery.

• Shipping Fees: Orders under £100 may incur a delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Process

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

• We will schedule your delivery and keep you updated on the status of your order.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
